Alex was invited in July to the NBA Developmental League Pre-Draft Camp in Suwanee, GA. His preformance during the 3 day event earned earned him an invited to the draft in November.
He is currently training at the RDV Sportsplex in Orlando Florida preparing for his opportunity to play in the D-league. Alex spent 5 months in Mexico playing in the premier league(LNBP). Being named a league all-star after averaging 27 points a game he truly made a name for himself in Mexico. Since being back from Piedras Negras Mexico where he played Alex a gained a stronger passion for the game and a even stronger desire to make it to the big leagues. Alex says the next step is now to be drafted to a great organization in the D-league and learn, develop, and gain more experience as a professional basketball player so he can be fully prepared for the NBA.
